Qualifications
Tara is an strategic advisor with leadership, consulting, M&A, AI and machine learning adoption, system design and implementation, finance, audit, restructuring and regulatory compliance experience working with private equity and public companies with up to $15B+ in revenue and $20B+ in market capitalization. Industry expertise includes professional services (healthcare, engineering, and home services), distribution, manufacturing (materials, A/D, COTS parts, and labs), and financial services.
Tara graduated Summa Cum Laude from Auburn University with a bachelors and masters degree in Accounting. She later received her executive MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School. Tara worked as an auditor with Warren Averett for 10 years prior to taking several executive level roles in industry where she successfully executed sell-side transactions and seamlessly integrated acquisitions ranging from $3M to $1.4B in transaction purchase prices.
